For ongoing IT management, we charge for the time spent managing your systems. That work can include maintenance, planning, coordination and support.

We’ll discuss your current setup and explain how the recommended services are priced before you decide to proceed.

Most IT companies charge a flat rate per desktop (typically $100 to $150 per device every month, regardless of how much time is spent).

We work with clients month to month and believe in earning the relationship over time. Some of our clients have stayed with us for more than two decades. We’ll explain the terms for the services you’re considering before you get started.

We get to know your organization alongside your technology, including the systems your staff depend on, your budget and the changes you’re planning. That helps us make recommendations with your circumstances in mind.

Our clients describe patient explanations, help preparing for equipment replacements and renewals, and relationships with team members over many years. We also own and operate a data centre in Nanaimo, providing local colocation and hosting options.
